TkStore Start ("we", "us") helps people in the United States set up and run their own TikTok Shop. This policy explains what we collect when you use tkstorestart.live or send us an application, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@tkstorestart.live.

What we collect

• What you enter in the application form: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, state, current work situation, time in the field, daily time available, when you want to start, and any message you write.
• The page address you applied from, and the time of your application.
• Basic browsing data collected by Google's advertising and analytics tools (see Cookies below), such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.

How we use it

We use your application details only to contact you about your application: to check it is a good fit, answer your questions and explain next steps. We contact you by WhatsApp message, phone call or email. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Google advertising

This site uses Google's tag (Google Ads and related measurement). It may place cookies or similar technologies on your device to measure whether our ads lead to applications and to improve our advertising. When you submit the form, we tell Google that an application was completed. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google through this measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Who sees your information

Your application is stored in a Google Sheet that only our team can open, and Google processes it as our service provider. We share information with others only if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We may share it with a service provider acting for us, who must keep it secure.

Calls and messages

By submitting the form with the consent box ticked, you agree that we may contact you at the number you gave, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. To stop messages, reply STOP or email us. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep application details only as long as needed to handle your application and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@tkstorestart.live. Residents of some states, such as California, have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.

Security and children

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. This service is for adults only and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
